(hereafter UBERSTIX) are limited liability companies under the laws of the State of Idaho with a principal place of business in the state of California , at 15178 Raymer St. Van Nuys, CA 91405, and this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.

Submissions of Unsolicited Ideas

It is UBERSTIX policy not to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas or materials in any way, shape or form, including but not limited to, remarks, ideas, suggestions, graphics or other information through this site or directly (together: Submissions). If you send us Submissions regardless of our policy, UBERSTIX will consider all Submissions as non-confidential and free of any claims of proprietary or personal rights. All Submissions will forever be the property of UBERSTIX, free and clear of any claims by you or others. All Submissions to this site or to UBERSTIX are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of UBERSTIX, and may be used by UBERSTIX for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation, payment, or any other obligation to anyone. Good, now that we've made the lawyers happy, lets get to whats important... if you send us ideas or designs for models built with UBERSTIX, or UBERSTIX in combination with other building systems and or recycled materials, and the design is cool, we will create instructions for it and put it on-line for everyone's benefit and we will give the contributor the credit. If the contributor is under the age of eighteen, we can only use a first or last name (but not both, in order to protect their identity).

UBERSTIX products described herein may not be available in all countries where UBERSTIX products are sold, or may be sold in different formats.

Return Policy

We proudly stand behind all of our products 100%. If any item proves defective within 30 days, we will promptly replace the item. Proof of purchase is required.

Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, misuse, misapplication, alteration, or acts of God.

Our refund policy does not cover products which are special-ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf.

Our refund policy only covers product intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usage.

In addition, if you order a shirt in the incorrect size, we will gladly replace it with the correct size as long as the item has not been worn, washed, or modified. We make every effort to earn your continued support.

Please follow these steps when returning an item:

1.Carefully package the item(s).

2.Include a copy of your invoice/receipt along with the reason for the return, your shipping address, and your day and evening telephone numbers.

3.If you are returning a shirt to exchange it for a different size, there will be a $5.00 re-ship charge. Please include a check or money order to cover this charge.

4.Send the package to us at: UBERSTIX Returns 15178 Raymer St. Van Nuys, CA 91405 USA

(It is best to use a shipping method that provides tracking, for your protection.)

Other

UBERSTIX L.L.C. reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time without notification.
